We have been getting together in regular Zoom meetings with a group of young Turkish medical illustrators. As a follow-up to the numerous workshops I gave to this group of mentees along the years, our online sessions cover a broad range of issues to help educate and motivate these talented artists.
We also had on board other prominent names in medical illustration who generously gave their time for our Turkish Medical Illustrators Group. Mr Ciléin Kearns of Artibiotics, the supremely talented Ms Hillary Wilson and Dr Yusuf Yeşil of Yesil Science joined us, displayed their skills and answered our questions.
We are hoping our talented group of artists will develop their skills and find their niche in visual storytelling in medicine.
